The project team has been very encouraged by the positive comments and useful feedback from key stakeholders and the general public which has helped to shape the scheme which was submitted as an outline planning application on Friday 2 July 2010.

The outline planning application submitted has now been validated by South Gloucestershire Council - reference number PK10/1675/O.

The application documents will be uploaded on to the Council’s website shortly and will be available to view online: http://www.southglos.gov.uk and follow the links to the planning section.

If planning permission is granted, construction is likely to start in Autumn 2011 with the first phase of development, including the foodstore, due for completion in 2012.
