Following three rounds of public consultation, Chelverton Deeley Freed has submitted an outline planning application to South Gloucestershire Council for a mixed-use development at the former Barnhill Quarry site in Chipping Sodbury.
The key components of the development feature a Waitrose foodstore, new pedestrian link to the High Street with new shop units, and housing.
